The brief required us to design a pencil embodying the qualities of a specific type of person. We were assigned the handyman.
The primary quality of a handyman is their multitasking ability. In designing the perfect pencil for this individual, we incorporated three key features: a level, a ruler in both centimeters and inches, and a magnet that allows different screwdriver tips to attach to the end.

To laser cut and drill a hole in the pencil we had to build two wood molds that could hold the pencil still.
Introducing the Handyman Pencil, meticulously designed to embody the spirit of a handyman and make their work easier. Not only did we design for them, but we also became handymen in the process of making the pencil!
