This project maps and visualizes Calle de Velarde, a vibrant street in Madrid’s Malasaña district, known for its eclectic secondhand and vintage stores. Through a mix of art, photography, and collage, we’ve captured the street’s unique spirit, using data as our guide to portray the character of this iconic area. The final map includes three layers: observed style trends of pedestrians, Google Maps ratings of each store, and the general price range across shops.

By merging these layers visually, this project creates an informative and visually engaging map, inviting viewers to explore and appreciate the rich atmosphere of Malasaña's thrift scene.
